Learn the process behind effective player-centered training design.

Most coaches struggle with training design because:

  • Sessions don’t connect to the game

  • Activities don’t reflect what players need

  • Planning takes too long

  • YouTube becomes the default

  • Player development becomes unclear

This workshop will help you:

  • Design sessions for your specific players

  • Connect what you design to the actual game

  • Plan faster and with more intention

  • Stop relying on copy-paste drills

  • Feel confident in your methodology

If you care about developing players, you need a design process that’s built for player needs

By the end of the FOUR weeks you will be able to:

  • identify player and team needs

  • define session intentions

  • select environments and constraints

  • build realistic training situations

  • progress or adjust activities with clarity

  • design efficiently without losing depth

PLAYER-DEVELOPMENT DRIVEN DESIGN

Learn how to design training sessions that reflect what your players actually need to grow, not just what fills a session plan.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

I’m David Garcia, and I believe training sessions should serve player development, not just satisfy a plan.

I’ve spent the past decade coaching and teaching coaches how to design training environments that reflect the game, respect the player, and develop real understanding.

I’m a UEFA A licensed football/soccer coach and coach educator who is passionate about empowering players and coaches.

Since 2016, I have been using this specific training session design process to craft unique and personalized training environment in my quest to empower players. This workshop is my insight I have learned along the way delivered with a straightforward approach.

The tools in this workshop have helped me master my training methodology to better serve my players and become a confident coach.

My goal in this workshop is simple: give you a process you can trust.

What COACHES Are Saying

“This workshop was really enjoyable in that it went into detail about session design and developing the learning atmosphere then I have had in other courses. The depth was great and the tools provided have already started to help me and my teams.”

— DAVID ROBB

The information about building a training and coaching environment that is most conducive to player development, self-organization, and individual empowerment within the team context. The amount of "lightbulb moments" I've had going through the course is worth the price and time invested alone.

— ADAM FORTWENGLER

“David takes a very thoughtful and educated approach to coaching. There's so much to unpack in each call that I feel I've barely scratched the surface. David appreciates the need for simplicity in coaching.”

— TOM GASS
