  • The first question you must before you develop your game model is who are the people bringing this game model to life? With this question we use the players as the starting point to our process.

  • What is the football you are most passionate about? When we are able to fully answer this question we will be able to describe our ideal football and begin to construct language to bring it to life.

  • How can players best bring it to life? Your game model is more than words on a document, they have to come to life through action. This is what training is all about.

  • Why hadn’t you use a clear and consistent game model before? This is the question you’ll be asking yourself when you see what football looks like when intention and attention are aligned.

I'm David Garcia, and as a coach myself, I've experienced the endless distractions that keeping you from staying focused on your path forward.

I understand how difficult it can be to feel like you are coaching in the dark. It’s like setting off on an epic journey without having a map to guide the way.

I’m a UEFA A licensed football/soccer coach who is passionate about empowering players and coaches.

Since 2016, I have been using a game model to dictate my methods on my journey empower players. This course is the insight I have learned along the way delivered with a straightforward approach.
