ANALYSING THE WORLD CUP

A live virtual workshop To study the World Cup together, build Your analysis eye, and learn to see the game with more clarity.

REGISTRATION CLOSED | OPEN IN FOUR YEARS

The World Cup is too valuable to watch passively.

Every match gives you a different way to study the game.

But without a clear process, the tournament insight disappears quickly.

This workshop gives you a structure for turning the World Cup into a living coaching education experience, helping you watch with purpose, discuss what you see, and pull lasting ideas from the biggest tournament in football.

This workshop is for coaches and Fans who want to:

✓ Watch the World Cup with more clarity

✓ Understand the tactical problems teams are trying to solve

✓ Discuss ideas with other serious coaches and fans

✓ Connect tournament insight to their own training environment

✓ Build the habit of seeing beyond the ball

✓ Turn matches into lasting coaching insight

HOW THE WORKSHOP WORKS

Instead of a fixed weekly curriculum, this workshop follows the World Cup in real time.

  • We meet live Monday to Friday at 12:00pm Eastern to break down the tournament together. Each session focuses on the most important patterns, problems, and ideas emerging from the games. (check your time zone)

  • You will be given clear ways to watch matches, so you are not just following the ball or reacting to big moments. The goal is to help you see structure, intentions, patterns, and tactical problems more clearly.

  • Because the workshop follows the World Cup live, the topics will grow from the tournament itself: build-up, pressing, defending, transitions, chance creation, adaptations, game states, and the different ways teams solve similar problems.

  • This is not a passive course. You will be part of a small analysis environment where coaches share observations, test ideas, ask questions, and sharpen how they communicate what they see.

  • Every session is recorded, so you can stay connected even if you miss a live call. Watching matches between sessions is recommended, but not mandatory.

Includes: daily live sessions, recordings, shared analysis prompts, coach discussion, and tournament-based learning tasks.

AFTER 5 WEEKS INSIDE THE TOURNAMENT, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Watch matches with a clearer tactical lens

  • Identify the problems teams are trying to solve

  • Discuss football ideas with more precision

  • Connect analysis moments to your own coaching environment

  • Build a repeatable process for analysing matches beyond the World Cup
