A THREE-SESSION LIVE MASTERCLASS ON EVERYTHING I KNOW ABOUT BRINGING OUT THE BEST IN PLAYERS.

HOW TO UNLOCK PLAYER POTENTIAL

Learn how to use everything the game has to offer to develop players beyond what they thought possible.

SEPTEMBER 25, OCTOBER 2 & 9 · 1:00–2:30 P.M. US EASTERN

Most coaches are stuck between two bad options.

01

Over-coach.

You provide the problem, the movement, the answer and the correction. Players become good at following you—but not necessarily at solving the game.

02

Just let them play.

You put the ball down, hope learning happens and call it player-centred. Players have freedom, but no guarantee they are experiencing what they need.

The answer isn’t less coaching. It’s more deliberate coaching.

Decide what players need to experience. Create the right version of the game. Draw attention to what matters. Know when to intervene and when to step away.

Trust the game. Trust the player. Let them do the solving.

players are far more capable than we can predict if we create the conditions for them to discover it

YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO USE THE GAME TO DEVELOP WHAT YOUR PLAYERS NEED NEXT

  • see what your players actually need

  • turn those needs into purposeful training situations

  • design the game so the right problems keep appearing

  • guide players without giving them the answers

  • adapt the environment as players improve

  • build development over time instead of chasing isolated sessions

DESIGN FROM THE PLAYER, NOT THE DRILL

Learn how to design training around what your players actually need using the game itself as the starting point.

THREE LIVE DESIGN SESSIONS

Across three live sessions, we’ll turn real player and team problems into purposeful training environments you can use straight away.

SUPPORT + COMMUNITY

Ask questions, share ideas and get feedback throughout the workshop. Every session is recorded so you can revisit the process anytime.

I believe players can become more than we ever imagined when we give them the right experiences of the game.

WHY LEARN THIS FROM ME?

I’m David Garcia, a UEFA A licensed coach and coach developer.

I’ve spent more than a decade coaching players and helping coaches build training environments that reflect the real game.

What I teach in this workshop didn’t come from collecting drills. It came from years of watching players, designing training, getting things wrong, adapting, and learning how to use the game itself to give players what they need.

I’ve seen what happens when you do that consistently: players become more intelligent, more adaptable, more confident, and often far more capable than they thought they could be.

This workshop is the process I use to make that happen.

What COACHES Are Saying

“This workshop was really enjoyable in that it went into detail about session design and developing the learning atmosphere then I have had in other courses. The depth was great and the tools provided have already started to help me and my teams.”

— DAVID ROBB

The information about building a training and coaching environment that is most conducive to player development, self-organization, and individual empowerment within the team context. The amount of "lightbulb moments" I've had going through the course is worth the price and time invested alone.

— ADAM FORTWENGLER

“David takes a very thoughtful and educated approach to coaching. There's so much to unpack in each call that I feel I've barely scratched the surface. David appreciates the need for simplicity in coaching.”

— TOM GASS
